12.A. Discussion and possible motion to approve travel request for nine (9) Millwood High School students who participate in the GEAR UP Program to attend a College Road Trip to Houston, Texas June 16 - June 22, 2019. Sponsored by The University of Central Oklahoma GEAR UP.

12.B. Discussion and possible motion to approve travel request for Gerald McDaniel, Counselor at the Arts Academy Middle School to attend the Family Leadership Institute Facilitator Summit in Las Vegas, NV June 24 - June 28, 2019; sponsored by GEAR UP Central.

12.C. Discussion and possible motion to approve travel request for three (3) Millwood High School students and three (3) Millwood Public School staff, including Superintendent Robinson-Woods to attend the NCCEP/GEAR UP Annual Conference, Youth Leadership Summit, Parent Leadership Institute and District Leadership Institute, July 13 - July 19, 2019 in San Francisco, California.  Sponsored by GEAR UP Central.

12.D. Board to consider and take possible action, in the absence of the President and/or Clerk, to appoint an acting President and/or acting Clerk for the School District to execute any and all documents pertaining to setting the maturities, date, time and place of the bond sale.

12.E. Board to consider and take possible action on a resolution determining the maturities of, and setting a date, time and place for the sale of the $1,175,000 Combined Purpose Building Bonds of this School District and designating bond counsel for this issuance of bonds.

12.F. Discussion and possible vote to approve a Lease Agreement between Langston University and Independent School District Number 37, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, from July 1, 2019 - June 30, 2021.
