3. Reorganization of board officers in accordance with 70 O.S. Section 5-119

4. Proposed executive session for the purpose of confidential communications between the Board of Education and its attorney(s) concerning (1) Child Doe 1, a minor, by and through her parent and next friend, Jane Doe 1, et al. v. Independent School District No. 25 of Adair County a/k/a Stilwell Public Schools, et al., United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, Case No. 24-cv-174-JAR, the Board having been advised by its attorney(s) that disclosure will seriously impair the ability of the Board of Education to proceed in the public interest pursuant to OKLA. STAT. tit.25, § 307 (B), (4) & (7).
