9. Discussion and possible vote to convene into executive session for the following purposes:
A.Discuss the employment, hiring, appointment, promotion, disciplining or resignation of certified and support employees listed on Exhibit A pursuant to Title 25 O.S. §307(B)(1); B.Have confidential communications with the District’s attorney concerning a pending claim or matter after the attorney has determined that disclosure will seriously impair the ability of the District to process the claim or conduct a pending investigation or proceeding, pursuant to 25 O.S. §307(B)(4). |
