6. Discuss and take action to set the salaries, expenses, and allowances of elected county and precinct officers for Fiscal Year 2027 as reflected in the proposed 2027 Milam County Budget.

7. Public hearing on the proposed 2027 Milam County Budget.

8. Discuss and take action to adopt the Milam County Budget for Fiscal Year 2027. This budget will raise more revenue from property taxes than last year's budget by an amount of $1,043,893.28, which is a 5.28259411% increase from last year's budget.

9. Discuss and take action to ratify the property tax increase reflected in the Fiscal Year 2027 Milam County Budget, as required by Texas Local Government Code §111.008(c).

10. Discuss and take action to adopt the 2026 Maintenance and Operations (M&O) tax rate of $0.501180 per $100 of taxable value.

11. Discuss and take action to adopt the 2026 Interest and Sinking (I&S) tax rate of $0.044750 per $100 of taxable value.
