7. Discuss and take action on a contract amendment between Local Government Solutions and Milam County, to transition the County Clerk vital and property records from Kofile to LGS. (Morgan).

8. Discuss and take action on an installation request from Bartlett Electric 0.17 miles West of the FM 486 and CR 428 intersection on CR 428 (Payne).

9. Discuss and take action on an agreement between Milam County and the City of Thorndale regarding a fence between the city stockpiles and the baseball fields. (Payne).

10. Discuss and take action to approve the Opioid Settlement Paperwork as presented (Whitmire).

11. Review, discuss, and possibly take action as required on setting the Operating Procedure for employee hiring and contract approval for the Milam County Health Department and WIC Department (Whitmire).

13. Discuss and take action on compensating the owners of the McLerran Hill Emergency Communications Tower site for the use of the property for the placement of the new radio tower (Whitmire).
