1. A quorum will be established, and the meeting of the Milam County Commissioners' Court will be called to order.

5. Consider and take action on the Consent Agenda:
   a. The Minutes from the previous Commissioners' Court Meeting and act on any corrections, changes, or approval of said minutes.
   b. Certificates of Completion.
   c. Treasurer's Report.

7. Discuss and take action on permission to advertise for bids for road and bridge materials for 2026.

8. Discuss and take action on changes to the Milam County Indigent Burial Procedures to raise the reimbursement from the current overall cost of $1,000.00 to a more current figure of $1,500.00.

9. Discuss and possibly take action on the selection of a realtor to assist the Jail Expansion Committee to locate property for the county to purchase for future use.

10. Conduct a Public Hearing in regard to the placement of "No Thru Truck" signs on CR 358 and CR 352 as well as 35 mph Speed Limit Signs on CR 330.

12. Conduct a Public Hearing on the proposed Tax Abatement Agreement between Milam County and Milam County DC, LLC. [Data Center Project].

14. Discuss and take action on a Road Use Agreement between Milam County and Rosula Solar LLC.

15. Discuss and possibly take action on the preliminary plat and subdivision application for the Arroyo Farms Subdivision.

16. Discuss and take action on a Subdivision Application and plat for the Ben Arnold Ranch Lot 8 replat. 

17. Discuss and take action on a Variance Request for Taylor Weinhold on a property located at 4640 County Road 314, Rockdale, Texas.

18. Discuss and take action on a proposed utility installation for Southwest Milam Water Supply Corporation for a proposed road bore on CR 322 approximately 0.9 miles east of the intersection of CR 322 & CR 325.

19. Discuss and take action on the approval over a Temporary Water Line Installation by Magnolia Oil & Gas Operating across CR 358 and CR 351.

20. Review, discuss, and take action to pay the bills of Milam County, Texas as presented by the Milam County Auditor's Office.
