5. Consider and take action on the Consent Agenda:
   a. The Minutes from the previous Commissioners' Court Meeting and act on any corrections, changes, or approval of said minutes.
   b. Certificates of Completion.
   c. Treasurer's Report.

7. Public Hearing on the proposed 2026 Milam County Budget and Tax Rate.

8. Discuss and take action to approve the Milam County Budget for 2026. This budget will raise more revenue from property taxes than last year's budget by an amount of $1,099,431.99 which is a 6.2405066% increase from last year's budget.

9. Discuss and take action to set the 2025 M&O tax rate at $0.467837 per $100.00.

10. Discuss and take action to set the 2025 I&S tax rate at $0.043350 per $100.00.

11. Discuss and take action to set the 2025 total tax rate at $0.511187 per $100.00. Motion to be set as per the Texas State Tax Code.

12. Discuss and take action on a Proclamation in regard to 2025 National 4-H Week.

13. Discuss and take action on a Resolution for the Home-Delivered Meal Grant Program.

14. Discuss and take action on a Resolution in regard to the 2026 Indigent Defense Grant Program.

15. Presentation of the External Auditor FY 2024 Report.

16. Review, discuss and take action on an MOU between Milam County and Sandow Lakes Ranch pertaining to the 2025 November Election.

17. Review, discuss, and take action on an MOU between Milam County and the Cameron Volunteer Fire Department. 

18. Discuss and take action on a Variance Request for Eric Christiansen for a 13.605 acre tract at 1755 CR 267, Cameron, TX 76520.

19. Discuss and take action on the Final plat for the YT Ranch Subdivision in Precinct 1.

20. Discuss and take action on a Notice of Proposed Installation on a Utility Line on CR 446 for Southwest Milam Water Supply Corporation.

21. Discuss and take action on approving the fees for the Milam County Sheriff's Department and the Milam County Constables.

22. Discuss and possibly take action on amending the Contracts for Property Tax Assessment and Collections Services with the Municipalities in Milam County, Texas.

23. Discuss and Take action on a Contract between Milam County and Kevin Terry to provide elections programming for the Elections Department.

24. Review, discuss, and take action to pay the bills of Milam County, Texas as presented by the Milam County Auditor's Office.
