1. A quorum will be established, and the meeting of the Milam County Commissioners' Court will be called to order.

4. Comments from the Public (limited to five minutes per person and 30 minutes per topic).

5. Consider and take action on the Consent Agenda:
   a. The Minutes from the previous Commissioners' Court Meeting and act on any corrections, changes, or approval of said minutes.
   b. Certificates of Completion.
   c. Treasurer's Report.

7. Discuss and take action to approve the Milam County Budget for 2026. This budget will raise more revenue from property taxes than last year's budget by an amount of $1,099,431.99 which is a 6.2405066% increase from last year's budget.

8. Discuss and take action to set the 2025 M&O tax rate at $0.467837 per $100.00.

9. Discuss and take action to set the 2025 I&S tax rate at $0.043350 per $100.00.

10. Discuss and take action to set the 2025 total tax rate at $0.511187 per $100.00. Motion to be set as per the Texas State Tax Code.

11. Discuss and take action on a request from Emergency Management to transfer ownership and the maintenance responsibilities of the Decon Trailer from Milam County Emergency Management to the Milam County Sheriff's Office.

12. Review, discuss, and take action on forwarding the issue of Disaster Response Pay and Overtime to the Employee Handbook Committee for consideration, as presented by the Milam County Fire Marshal.

13. Consider and possibly take action on the termination the contract for collection of delinquent property taxes with McCreaary, Veselka, Bragg & Allen, P.C. (MVBA).

14. Review and possibly take action to adopt written findings and approve a contingent fee contract with Perdue Branden Fielder Collins and Mott, LLP pursuant to Section 6.30 of the Tax Code, said contract being for the collection of delinquent property taxes owed to Milam County and notice of said contract is posted with the agenda in accordance with Section 2254 of the Government Code.

15. Discuss and take action on an update to the Milam County Subdivision Rules and Regulations.

16. Discuss and possibly take action on the following items as they pertain to the 2025-2026 insurance plans for Milam County employees.

17. Review, discuss, and take action to pay the bills of Milam County, Texas as presented by the Milam County Auditor's Office.
