5. Consider and take action on the Consent Agenda:
   a. The Minutes from the previous Commissioners' Court Meeting and act on any corrections, changes, or approval of said minutes.
   b. Certificates of Completion.
   c. Treasurer's Report.

7. Discuss and take action on a Bid Affidavit in regard to Potter Trucking.

8. Discuss and take action as determined necessary to handle the damage to county roads caused by activities surrounding the use of various gravel pits throughout Milam County.

9. Discuss and take action on a Resolution to request that TX-DOT conduct a study to change the speed limit on FM-908 northwest of Rockdale.

10. Discuss and take action on a Resolution to request that TX-DOT conduct a study to make the necessary changes to improve safety on Hwy 36 between Milano and Caldwell.

11. Discuss and take action on a Resolution opposing the prohibition of Taxpayer Funded Lobbying by County Governments.

12. Review, discuss, and possibly take action on the proposed injunction on the Crypto-currency project located on FM-486, four miles north of Thorndale.

13. Review, discuss, and take action as necessary on the Automatic Extension on the Abatement Commercial Operation Date in regard to the Camino Solar Project LLC (fka Karol Solar I, LLC).

14. Public hearing on the matter of a First Amended Tax Abatement Agreement to be entered into by the County with Rosula Solar LLC (fka Rosebud Solar LLC).

15. Discuss and take action on a First Amended Tax Abatement Agreement to be entered into by the County with Rosula Solar LLC (fka Rosebud Solar LLC).

16. Public hearing on the matter of a First Amended Tax Abatement Agreement to be entered into by the County with Milam Energy LLC (fka Milam 2 Solar LLC (Phase Two)).

17. Discuss and take action on a First Amended Tax Abatement Agreement to be entered into by the County with Milam Energy LLC (fka Milam 2 Solar LLC (Phase Two)).

18. Public hearing on the matter of the proposed designation of certain property in unincorporated Milam County as a Reinvestment Zone under Subchapter C, Chapter 312 of the Texas Property Tax Code. This designation would allow for tax abatement agreements to be entered into by the County with owners of property within the Reinvestment Zone. The Zone would be designated as the Twin Oaks Solar, LLC (Burgos Project) Reinvestment Zone.

19. Discussion, consideration, and take action on the Amended Reinvestment Zone made the subject of the public hearing as Twin Oaks Solar, LLC (Burgos Project) Reinvestment Zone.

20. Public hearing on the matter of a First Amended Tax Abatement Agreement to be entered into by the County with Twin Oaks Solar, LLC (fka Karol Solar II, LLC).

21. Discuss and take action on a First Amended Tax Abatement Agreement to be entered into by Milam County and Twin Oaks Solar, LLC (fka Karol Solar II, LLC).

22. Review, discuss, and take action to pay the bills of Milam County, Texas as presented by the Milam County Auditor's Office.
