Description:
I move that the Executive Board recommends the Governing Board approve the Forest Park School District 91 request for two students to attend PAEC for the 2025 - 2026 school year as presented.

12. EXECUTIVE BOARD REPORT
Description:
The Executive Board meeting was held on Thursday, November 13, 2025. Those present included: Dr. Dan Sullivan from District #87, Dr. Nicole Spatafore from District #87, Dr. Victoria Stockton from District #88, Dr. Corina Herrera from District #88, Ms. Roshune Pechacek from District #92, Ms. Jamie Tinucci from District # 93, Mr. Alexander Aschoff from District #209.
Ms. Nikki Bridges from Studio GC was present. Mr. Michael James, Ms. April Cohen, Ms. LaShonda McDaniel, and Mrs. Cecy Mendoza-Jurek from PAEC Administration was also present. The Executive Board reviewed and recommended approval of all action items on the agenda.
The Electrical Vehicle Charging Station has been postponed. Dr. Dan Sullivan from District #87 will be the Executive Board Representative for the Governing Board Meeting on Wednesday, November 19, 2025. |

15.A. MEETING RECAP
Description:
ComEd shared that PAEC has substantially reduced their energy consumption. At this time, due to the new information gathered, PAEC will not be pursuing having a charging station on the campus. Proviso Township Mental Health Commission donated toys for all of the programs. PAEC has received 3 out of district student requests. Two of the students are coming from Forest Park D#91 and the third student is coming from Maywood D#89. Both districts are aware that they are fiscally responsible for their student's tuition, transportation, and possible 1:1 staffing. The tuition fees at 105% for both districts help to defray costs from member districts. |
