7.f. Deliberation and possible action to adopt a Board Resolution that accomplishes the following: 
(1) Declares the following tract of real property that is presently owned by the District to be surplus property: The tract and improvements thereon located at 1001 Ellington Street & 1003 Ellington Street, in the City of Ropesville, County of Hockley, more particularly described as follows: All of Lots five (5) and six (6), block thirteen (13), Evans Addition to Ropesville, Hockley Country, Texas, Recorded in Deed Record 10, Page 250.  

(2) Authorizes the Superintendent or Board President to offer such surplus property available for purchase to the highest responsible bidder in accordance with the procedures set forth in state law for the notice, bidding, and sale of such property; and 

(3) Authorizes the Superintendent or Board President to prepare, execute, and file all documents necessary to carry out the conveyance of such surplus property to the highest and best qualified bidder subject to the conditions stated therein.
