Description:  In one meeting on August 14, the district committee and Windom Education Support Professionals (WESP) representatives reached a tentative agreement. 

 The package is a 7.15% ($96,436) increase over two years, including:

• $ .59 on the hourly rate in year 1.

• 2% salary increase in year 2. 

• 5% increase in insurance each year.

• Language now allows employees to be paid out for 2 unused personal days per year.

• Language was added for a 12-month food service employee to accommodate Highland's programming.

• Language was added for MN Paid Leave: "Refer to the Employee Handbook." 
• Changed "secretaries" to "office professionals".
