16. Approve the Facilities and Conditions Inventory by Kraus Anderson. Action

Description:
At the regular June 8th school board meeting, Kraus Anderson presented a product used in schools for long-term facility maintence planning. The inventory will list all mechanical components, roofs, fixtures, and furnishings in each building with age and conditions.

17. Approve 2026-2027 Substitute Rate - Action

Description:
The proposed substitute rates for the 2026–2027 school year are enclosed. Teacher rates are based on the number of days worked in a month. The more they work, the higher the rate of pay.
