Consider and approve the Facility Rental and Use Agreement between the West Virginia University Board of Governors on behalf of West Virginia University ("WVU") for its Jackson's Mill State 4-H Camp and Conference Center and the Lewis County Board of Education to provide in-person learning for students of Robert L. Bland Middle School, beginning September 8, 2026, and ending May 30, 2027.
