IX. Consider and approve West Virginia Wesleyan College Residency I and Residency II students for placements Fall 2026 - Spring 2027: Annie Toothman at RLBMS with Amber Richards, Gr. 8
 

X. Consider and approve the facility rental and use agreement between the West Virginia University Board of Governors on behalf of West Virginia University for its Jackson's Mill State 4-H Camp and Conference Center and Lewis County Board of Education for use of the Main Field for Athletics, August 2026 through October 2026.

XI. Consider and approve the Memorandum of Understanding between the West Virginia University Board of Governors on behalf of West Virginia University and its School of Medicine, Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences and the Lewis County Board of Education to provide orientation and mobility services to visually impaired students for the 2026-2027 school year.

XIV. Consider and approve the pay for all Before & After School Tutors to $40.00 per hour, previously approved for the 2025-2026 school year. Approval needs to be effective continuously.  

XV. Consider and approve the pay for the County Math Field Day Coordinators to $1500.00 per year, which was previously approved for the 2025-2026 school year. Approval needs to be effective continuously.  

XVI. Potential Executive Session Under Authority In West Virginia Code Section (b)(9) and (b)(12) To discuss potential strategic initiatives relating to financial priorities for the Lewis County Board of Education; confidential and deliberative information on draft FY27 budgets; the potential investment of public funds and other deliberative matters involving commercial competition which, if made public, might adversely affect the financial or other interest of the Lewis County Board of Education.
