Consider and approve the West Virginia Division of Highways to enter upon property belonging to the Lewis County Board of Education of Lewis County that lies outside the existing right-of-way of CR 19/43 at Mile Post 0.41 in Lewis County, Courthouse District, Tax Map 6G Parcel 46.1, for Installation of four 36 feet pipe liners to be installed in the existing pipes.

X. Consider and approve Clinical Training Affiliation Agreement between Marshall University College of Education and Professional Development on behalf of its Department of Counseling and the Lewis County Board of Education/Roanoke Elementary School, to allow use of facilities to provide education and training of counseling students, under the supervision of Amanda Craig, January 12, 2026 through May 1, 2026.
