Proposed executive session to discuss the homeless status and/or enrollment of Student A, where public disclosure of information would violate confidentiality requirements under federal and state law, specifically the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), 20 U.S.C. § 1232g, and privacy protections under the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act, 42 U.S.C. § 11431 et seq., as authorized by 25 O.S. § 307(B)(7).
