3. CONSENT AGENDA
The following items, which concern reports and items of a routine nature normally approved at board meetings, will be approved by one vote unless any board member desires to have a separate vote on any or all of them.

3.a. Approve the Minutes of the September 9th, 2025 Board Meeting. 

3.b. Approve the minutes for the September 30th, 2025 Special Board Meeting. 

3.c. Discussion and possible action to approve the following contracts/agreements for FY'25: (a) Anthem Contract (b) Musical Agreement with Concord Theatricals (c) Village Travel Contract for Choir and Orchestra for Branson (d) Village Travel Contract for Choir for Dallas 

3.d. Discussion and possible action to approve the following out-of-town/out-of-state/overnight trips: (a) OKSTE Conference, November 4th-6th, 2025, Tulsa OK (b) MS Choir Trip, May 3rd-4th, 2026, Dallas TX (c) HS Choir and Orchestra Itinerary, Branson MS (d) AOPA Stem Symposium, November 16th-18th, 2025, Atlanta GA (e) OSSAA Gameday State for Cheer, November 14th-15th, 2025, Tulsa, OK (f) GameDay POM State, November 13th-14th, 2025, Tulsa, OK (g) Girls Basketball, 1/8/26-1/10/26,  Hulbert OK
 

3.e. Approve the additions to the following Activity Fund accounts: (1) Boys Basketball (802), (2) Baseball (805), (3) Athletic Director (819).

3.f. Approve the Financial Fund Reports

4. Approve the General Fund Non-Payroll Encumbrances for FY 26 # 286-334 ($73,788.68), the FY 26 Change Orders for General Fund ($7,391.87), the General Fund Payroll # 70000-70592 ($13,420,206.29), and the FY 26 Building Fund Non-Payroll # 13-14 ($3,200.00)

5. BUDGET PRESENTATION

5.a. Presentation of the Final Revenue and Expenditures for 2024-2025.

5.b. Presentation of the 2025-2026 Budget

5.c. Discussion and possible action on approving the adoption of the 2025-2026 Budget.

6. UPDATE ON RILEYS LAW PLAN FOR THE DISTRICT

7. Motion to approve the addition of an equine club to the high school. 

8. Discussion and possible action on tenth, eleventh and twelfth grade students receiving credit in math and science for math and science courses offered at Canadian Valley Technology Center. 

 

9. STAFF REPORTS

10. Proposed Executive Session to discuss the employment, hiring, appointment, promotion, demotion, disciplining, or resignation of an employee as listed in Addendum A, B, & C, as authorized by 25 O.S. § 307 (B)(1). 

10.a. Vote to convene or not to convene into Executive Session.

10.b. Acknowledge return to open session.

10.c. Executive Session minutes compliance announcement.

"Let the record reflect that the Board voted to enter into executive session at  PM and exited executive session at   PM. The board discussed only agenda item number 8, the employment of personnel. No votes or action were taken. "

11. Discussion and possible action on the employment of personnel in Addendum A for the 25-26 school year as authorized by 25 O.S. Sec. 307(B)(1).

 

12. Discussion and possible board action on the resignation of employees in Addendum  B as authorized by 25 O.S. § 307 (B)(1). 

13. Proposed Executive Session to discuss the appointment of an individual and/or interview candidates for vacant school board seat #3. 25 O.S. 307(B)(1) and 70 O.S. 5-118.
