Description:
School Districts with 10 or more American Indian students enrolled must collaborate with an AIPAC to ensure that those students are receiving culturally relevant and equitable educational opportunities. In an advisory role, the AIPAC presents an annual resolution of either concurrence or nonconcurrence with regard to meeting the needs of eligible students.
