16. Closed Executive Session
School Board President Colgan will ask for a Motion to go into a Closed Executive Session pursuant to Section 10-15-1(H)(5) NMSA 1978 for the purpose of discussing collective bargaining strategy and negotiations with the Los Alamos Federation of School Employees. And, Discuss pending legal matters as Section 10-15-1(H)(7) of the Open Meetings Act allowed in the Open Meetings Act NMSA 1978. And, Pursuant to Section 10-15-1(H)(8) NMSA 1978 to discuss the purchase, acquisition, or disposal of real property. Only matters identified in the motion will be discussed. Action Item |

After the Closed Executive Session, President Colgan will reconvene the School Board Session. In Reference to the Executive Session held during the School Board Session, President Colgan will state that the purpose of the discussion in Closed Session was limited to the items stated on the agenda. |
