LAPS District negotiating team approval for annual negotiations regarding the 2025-2026 collective bargaining agreement. Closed Executive Session, School Board President Ccolgan will ask for a MOTION to go into a closed Executive Session for the discussion of bargaining strategy preliminary to collective bargaining negotiations (Section10-15-1(B)) as allowed in the Open Meetings Act NMSA 1978. And Discuss pending legal matters as Section 10-15-1(H)(7) of the Open Meetings Act." allowed in the Open Meetings Act NMSA 1978. Action Item |
