1. Call to order.

2. Roll call and determination of a quorum.

3. Vote to approve/not approve the agenda as part of the minutes.

4. Vote to approve/not approve and sign the minutes of the previous board meetings, regular session, September 11, 2023.

5. Vote to approve/not approve General Fund Encumbrances and Change Orders of $54,553.88 - PO 222-258 & PO 70257-70262, Building Fund Encumbrances of $131,510.10- PO 44-48, the Activity Fund Report; and any Activity Fund transfers as presented.

6. Visitor recognition, public comments, and board comments.

7. Reports: a) superintendent, b) principals, c) treasurer

8. Vote to acknowledge any resignations as presented.

9. Discussion and possible board action to approve/not approve the surplus of 125 non-fiction books located at High School Media Center

10. Discussion and possible board action to approve/not approve the furniture bid for the New Administration Building.

11. Discussion and possible board action to approve/not approve the FY24 General Fund, and Building Fund, working budgets for the district as presented.

12. Discussion and possible board action to approve/not approve Perkins-Tryon School District Gifted and Talented Plan with no changes this year.

13. Discussion and possible board action to approve/not approve the AIA document G702 contractors application for payment.

14. Proposed executive session to discuss the employment of elementary, teacher's assistant, elementary, transfer from teacher's assistant to principal secretary, middle school, paraprofessional, all on temporary contracts for the 2023-2024  school year, and any other certified or support personnel as recommended,all pursuant to 25 O.S. 307 B (1 ).
