The Board will convene in Executive Session to deliberate the following matters as authorized by the Texas Government Code:

1. School Safety and Security Audit — Presentation and discussion of the district’s 2025 School Safety and Security Audit results, in accordance with TEC §37.108, pursuant to Texas Government Code §§551.076 and 551.089.

2. Security Personnel and Arrangements — Discussion regarding the deployment and implementation of security personnel, and related procedures under Board Policy CKED(LOCAL), pursuant to Texas Government Code §§551.076 and 551.089.

3. Personnel Matters — Deliberation regarding district organizational structure, and personnel, pursuant to Texas Government Code §551.074.
