The Cloud County Community College Foundation will be having the Foundation Scholarship Auction in Arley Bryant Gymnasium on Saturday, April 20, 2024. K.S.A. 41-719 allows the Board of Trustees of a community college to exempt the consumption of alcoholic liquor on campus in accordance with policies adopted by such board. The Administration requests Policies C7 and E4 be waived to allow alcohol in Arley Bryant Gymnasium on April 19th, 20th and 21st, 2024 for the Cloud County Community College Foundation Scholarship Auction on April 20th. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Waive Policies C7 and E4 to allow the consumption of alcoholic liquor in Arley Bryant Gymnasium at Cloud County Community College on April 19th, 20th and 21st, 2024 for the Cloud County Community College Foundation Scholarship Auction on April 20th. B. Approval of Advanced Pediatric Simulator for the Technical Education and Innovation Center RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the sole source purchase of the Advanced Pediatric HAL Simulator in the amount of $60,625.28 and authorize payment from Fund 63 - Building Fund. |
