Set Day, Time, and Place of Board Meetings. The Board of Trustees has been meeting on the fourth Tuesday of every month at 5:00 pm in Room 257 of the President’s Addition for the Regular Board meetings. The fourth Tuesday of November is the 26th which is the evening Thanksgiving break begins, and the December meeting would fall on the 24th which is during Christmas break. The Administration requests moving these regular Board meetings to November 19th and December 17th.

RECOMMENDED ACTION: Continue to set the fourth Tuesday of the month at 5:00 pm in Room 257 of the President’s Addition as the regular monthly meeting time except for the November and December meetings which will occur on November 19th and December 17th.
