3. Board to discuss annual review of existing or consider and take action on the adoption of written policies and procedures for post-issuance obligations.

4. Board to discuss continuing disclosure obligations.

5. Board to receive bids for the $1,000,000 General Obligation Building Bonds of this school district and award bonds to the lowest bidder.

6. Board to consider and take action on a resolution providing for the issuance of General Obligation Building Bonds in the sum of $1,000,000 by this school district, authorized at an election called and held for such purpose; prescribing form of bonds; providing for registration thereof; providing for levy of an annual tax for the payment of principal and interest on the same; and fixing other details of the issue.

7. Board to consider and take action on resolution designating the general obligation bonds of 2023 as "Qualified Tax-Exempt Obligations" pursuant to Section 265(b)(3)(B) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.

8. Board to discuss and possible action on a company to remove and replace the planking on the visitor bleachers at the high school football field.

9. Motion, second, discussion and vote to go into executive session, for the purpose of discussing the following items pursuant to O.S. Title 25, Sections 307 (B) (1) 

9.a. Employment of high school science teacher for the 2023-2024 school year.

10. Motion, second and vote to acknowledge Board has returned to open session.
