Description:  The meeting will now be open to receive public comment. The Board appreciates community members sharing information during public comments. The Board will listen, and possibly ask clarifying questions but generally will not comment on information we hear from the audience.  However, following the meeting, the chair, vice chair and superintendent will together determine the appropriate response.  The response may be in a public way, a private way or the issue will be added to a future board meeting or work session agenda.  Please note that speakers will have five minutes to express their thoughts.

Description:  The Board reviewed updates to policies per OSBA and new state regulations in a prior meeting.  It is recommended the Board makes a motion to approve the policy updates as presented. 

Description:  The Board was provided an overview of the proposed Science curriculum in a prior meeting.  It is recommended that the Board makes a motion to adopt the new curriculum. 

Description:  Last week the FFE group selected Virco as the District's furniture vendor. The District can meet all procurement requirements by using the OMNIA cooperative purchasing agreement in which Virco is a member. Our current plan is to begin meeting with them to confirm formalized pricing and place the order by the end of the calendar year for installation in summer 2027.
