IV. Public Comment Opportunity

Description: A thirty (30) minute time period is set aside to allow citizens to address the Board on any subject. No action may take place in response, but the Board may consider future action. Time is set aside preceding the action agenda to allow citizens the opportunity to comment or raise issues concerning items that will be considered for action by the Board. Persons desiring to address the Board must complete a Speaker Registration Form and submit it to the Board President. Individual time limits are three (3) minutes.
