An Eagle Scout service project to build and donate wooden picnic benches to Stillwater Middle School, providing additional outdoor seating for students and staff. The project will support outdoor learning, socializing, and community building, with an estimated donation value of $800 for materials and supplies.

VIII.A. Achievement Update

Description:
Minnesota's Comprehensive Achievement and Civic Readiness (CACR) legislation requires school districts to establish achievement goals, monitor progress and report annually on student outcomes and improvement efforts. The district will present its CACR goals and progress toward meeting those goals, along with an overview of 2025-26 student achievement results. The report will include Minnesota Comprehensive Assessment (MCA) results in reading, mathematics and science, highlighting districtwide performance, achievement gaps and areas of instructional focus. |

Stillwater Area High School implemented a redesigned schedule for the 2026-27 school year to expand course offerings, increase flexibility and provide more opportunities for students. The presentation will highlight early implementation results, student participation in new programming, feedback from students and staff, and opportunities for continued improvement. |
