E.2. OSBA Resolution Election- OSBA is asking all board members to vote on the OSBA Board of Directors Position 2 and LPC Position 2. A sample of the ballot is included in your packets. You will need to vote as a group on your choice for OSBA Board of Directors Position 2 and LPC Position 2.
 

• Board of Directors Position 2 (Vote for one) - Nichole Schott, Condon School District 25, or Paul Zastrow, Columbia Gorge ESD
• LPC Position 2- Jose Aparicio, North Wasco County School District 21, Vote Yes or No

The District has paid Perfect Shade a total of $9,940 through 11/14/2025.  The amount of the original PO was $8,555, which was her original estimate.
Our Business Manager checked with Accounts Payable as of 12/09, and they have not received any additional invoices from Perfect Shade.
