Discussion/Action on Madison Fire & Rescue Life Insurance Renewal.

Discussion/Action on appointment of new CRA Member, Amber Knight. 

Discussion/Action on hiring new part-time Police Officer, David McCart.

Discussion/Action on Mike Sandoval's 4th of July Firework Show.

Discussion/Action on Real Estate Transaction with possible executive session, which is clearly necessary for the protection of the public interest.
