Description:
Superintendent Lemmer will present the 2026 Facilities Needs Assessment that was conducted by Inform Architecture and Triangle Inc. The last Facilities Needs Assessment was conducted in 2020 by CSM.

5.2. Potential for a zero mil increase bond request May 2027 (Discussion)
Description:
Based on the needs of the facilities' assessment, current funding, and other factors, we need to identify the short-term and long-term facilities goals of the district and determine how to fund the capital improvement projects over the next ten years.
