IV.e. Lawton PRCA Xtreme Bulls- The CVB Advisory Council has recommended approving funding in the amount of $3,750 to be paid out of the special events budget to the Coliseum. The event is expecting 1300 local participants, 1000 regional participants, and 500 out of state participants. The event is expecting 100 room nights. The funding formula showed a value of $3,750 for this event. Lawton PRCA Xtreme Bulls will take place from April 4th-5th 2025.

IV.f. Native Naturals Pro/Am- The CVB Advisory Council has recommended tabling funding for this event until they have a more accurate room night count based on last year’s post event report. The event is expecting 100 local participants, 40 regional participants, and 20 out of state participants. The event is expecting 15 room nights. The funding formula showed a value of $2,450 for this event. Native Naturals Pro/Am will take place on June 7th 2025.

IV.g. Arts for All Esports- The CVB Advisory Council has recommended approving funding in the amount of $3,000 to be paid out of the special events budget. The event is expecting 20,000 local participants, 4,700 regional participants, and 300 out of state participants. The event is expecting 45 room nights. The funding formula showed a value of $3,200 for this event. Arts for All Esports will take place from May 9th-11th 2025.
