IV.e. Lawton Chautauqua 2025- The CVB Advisory Council has recommended approving this request for funding in the amount of $2,800 to be paid out of Special Events to the Fairfield Inn with invoice. The event is expecting 900 local participants, and 100 regional/out of state participants. The event is expecting 50 room nights. The funding formula showed a value of $2,800 for this event. Lawton Chautauqua will take place June 18th-22nd 2025.

IV.f. FIRES Symposium hosted by the ADA and the US FA Association- The CVB Advisory Council has recommended approving funding in the amount of $10,000 to be paid out of Coliseum to the Coliseum. The event is expecting 100 local participants, 120 regional participants, and 980 out of state participants. The event is expecting 374 room nights. The funding formula showed a value of $12,100 for this event. FIRES Symposium hosted by the ADA and the US FA Association will take place from April 7th-10th 2025.

IV.g. Set Free Praise Dance Conference- The CVB Advisory Council has recommended tabling funding approval until they are able to submit a new budget reflecting their correct revenue. The Set Free Praise Dance Conference will take place from July 18th-19th 2025.

IV.h. USACi Finals- The CVB Advisory Council has recommended approving funding in the amount of $6,000 to be paid out of Coliseum to the Coliseum. The event is expecting 100 local participants, 120 regional participants, and 980 out of state participants. The event is expecting 374 room nights. The funding formula showed a value of $6,800 for this event. The USACi Finals will take place from March 21st-23rd 2025.
