8.A. Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Refugio ISD and The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley.

9.A. Deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public office or employee or to hear complaints against an officer or employee.

9.B. To confer with employees of the school district to receive information or to ask questions.

9.C. Superintendent's recommendation regarding 2025-2026 proposed renewal, nonrenewal, or termination of Term Contract and Term Dual-Assignment employees of Refugio ISD at the end of the contract term in the best interest of the school district and execute appropriate documents thereto.

Superintendent's recommendation regarding 2025-2026 proposed renewal, nonrenewal, or termination of Probationary Contract, Probationary Dual-Assignment, and Probationary Non-Contract 21 employees of the Refugio ISD at the end of the contract term in the best interest of the school district and execute appropriate documents thereto.
