4. Vote on the minutes of the regular meeting held on September 10, 2026.

5. Vote on the agenda as part of the minutes and any new business that could not reasonably be foreseen 48 hours in advance of the meeting.

6. Vote on warrants and encumbrances: 2026-27 General Fund Encumbrance No. 573 to 685; 70171 to 70186; Building Fund No. 9; and any change orders that apply to approved purchase orders.

11. Vote on 2027 School Election Resolution for the Western Technology Center Board of Education Office Number Two (2) for a five-year term.

13. Consideration and vote to elect or not to elect the following as new members of the board of directors of the Oklahoma Public School Investment Interlocal Cooperative (55K001):
