AGENDA

1. Discussion and possible action on the following budget amendment:

• BA #2627-07 Discussion and possible action to approve the General Operating Fund (199) budget amendment in the amount of $150,500 as a result of transfers between functional expenditure categories from the Board of Trustees discretionary funds.     

2. Discussion and possible action to approve the recommendation or selection for the following bids, proposals, or qualifications.  Purchases shall be made from appropriations in the adopted/amended budget.

A. Multiple Cooperative Contracts: Instructional Platforms and Software Licenses.  Estimated expenditures of $275,842.

3. Discussion and possible action concerning the following matters related to Appraisal Roll and Tax Rate:

1. Approve the 2026 Certification of the Appraisal
2. Approve the Anticipated Collections for 2026
3. Approve the Excess Debt Collections for 2025
4. Approve No-New-Revenue (NNR) Tax Rate, Voter-Approval Tax Rate (VATR), and Rate to Maintain Same Level of Maintenance & Operations Revenue & Pay Debt Service
5. Approve Resolution to Set the Tax Rate

4. Discussion and possible action regarding the Level III grievances of employee J.G. and employee P.L., including discussion with legal counsel regarding related legal issues.  Possible Closed Session pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.071(1) and (2); 551.074; and, 551.082 (a)(2).
