2. Discussion and presentation on items to be procured by the Plant Facilities and Support Services Division, including:

• RFP #26-008 – Bulk Fuel & Fuel Related Products and Services at an estimated amount of $650,000.
• BID #26-001 – Sale of Real Property at an estimated sale of $131,500.
• RFCSP #2026-001 - Metal Canopies at Katherine F. Tarver Elementary School at an estimated amount of $82,500.
• Buyboard Cooperative Contract #784-25 - Laundry Equipment for NEXT STEP Center at an estimated amount of $50,000.
• RFP #24-008 - Plumbing Services Renewal (3rd Year) at an estimated amount of $50,000.
• RFQ 2026-001 Professional Civil Engineering and Surveying Services.  Cost will be negotiated on a project by project basis.

3. Discussion and update on the Cigarroa High School 2.0 construction projects.
 

4. Discussion and presentation to request approval of the partial release of retainage in the amount of $2,338,377.26 to Leyendecker Construction of Texas, Inc. – RFP #18-029 Dr. Joaquin G. Cigarroa Middle School.

 

5. Discussion and presentation on the annual Technology and Instructional Materials Allotment (TIMA) and TEKS Certification for school year 2026-2027.

6. Discussion and presentation on adopting the new textbook vendors for Math Instructional Material 2026-2027.
