• 3A. BA #2223-59 Discussion and presentation to review the General Operating Fund (199) budget amendment in the amount of $103,052 as a result of transfers between functional expenditure categories.
• 3B. BA #2223-61 Discussion and presentation to review:                the Capital Projects Fund (616) increase by $77,760;                    the 2018 EDA Bond Series Fund (692) increase by $394,068;          the 2022 EDA Bond Series Fund (693) increase by $226,928; to adjust interest revenues and expenditures based on fiscal year end projections. 
• 3C. BA #2223-62 Discussion and presentation to review the 2018 EDA Bond Series Fund (692) budget amendment in the amount of $70,000 to allocate interest earnings for the purchase of technology equipment and services for the Dr. Leonides G. Cigarroa High School and the relocation of fiber optic cable for the Jesus A. Kawas Elementary construction projects.

• 4C. Renewal of RFP 17-021: Bank Depository Services.  Estimated expenditures of $118,438.
• 4D. Renewal of RFP 18-003: Dark Fiber Services.  Estimated expenditures of $82,656.
• 4E. TIPS 220101: Security Window Film, Supplies and Installation Services.  Estimated expenditures of $172,000.
• 4F. RFP 23-008: Self-Funded Health Plan Administration.  Estimated expenditures of $26,353,220.
• 4G. Allied States Cooperative 17-7247, Buyboard 661-22: Human Resources, Financial Management and Special Education Software.  Estimated expenditures of $550,000.
• 4H. RFCSP 2023-002: Fixed Assets Champion Center - Expansion of Restrooms & Training Room Improvements.  Estimated expenditures of $616,333.
• 4I. BuyBoard 654-21: Communicator Equipment, Monitoring Services, Inspections and Services. Estimated expenditures $175,000.
• 4J. Procurement Method of Request for Competitive Sealed Proposal (RFCSP) for Raymond & Tirza Martin High School JROTC Facility.

6.  Discussion and presentation on the Texas Curriculum Management Program Cooperative between Region I Education Service Center and Laredo ISD effective September 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024, at an estimated cost of $124,794.

9.  Discussion and presentation on the Partnership Support Agreement between Laredo Independent School District and Communities in Schools effective September 1, 2023 through August 31, 2024, at an estimated cost of $430,000.

10.  Discussion and presentation on the Cooperative Working Agreement between Laredo Independent School District and Serving Children and Adults in Need, effective September 1, 2023 through August 31, 2024.
