4. Workshop to discuss the Performance Excellence Plan and the implementation of the 5 Pillars for alignment of our Mission, Vision, and Core Values. [Administration]

5. The Board of Education will be going on a tour of three locations.
The board will begin at 12:00p.m., at South Bryant Campus, 4901 S. Bryant Avenue to tour the BPOC, HVAC, and Welding programs. This tour is open to the public. During the tour, the administration and board will be discussing the facilities. Following this tour, the board will be touring Webster Middle School, 6708 S. Santa Fe Avenue, Oklahoma City, OK, featuring an Exploratory Program tour. This tour is open to the public. As with the previous tour, the administration and board will be discussing the facilities. Following this tour, the board will be touring U.S. Grant High School, 5016 S. Pennsylvania, Oklahoma City, OK, featuring a CNA Program tour. Members of the public are welcome to join this tour also. As with the previous tours, the administration and board will be discussing the facilities.
No action will be taken by the board during the tours.

6. Return to South Bryant Campus for a debrief. [Administration]
