9.A. Annual adoption of established Metro Technology Centers School District No. 22 (Metro Tech) board policies in effect February 15, 2022, with the understanding that board policies are under continuous review and are brought to the Board for adoption of revisions and new policies throughout the year, as necessary. 9.B. Continuation of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between Community Health Centers, Inc. (CHCI) and Metro Technology Centers School District No. 22 for the purpose of operating a community health clinic on Metro Tech premises. The term of the MOA will begin January 1, 2022 through June 30, 2022 with a renewal term of six months. [Operations]

9.C. Ratification of Clinical Education Affiliation Agreement between Metro Technology Centers School District No. 22 and Dean McGee Eye Institute for an initial period from December 13, 2021 through December 12, 2022 and continuing for additional one-year periods. [Instruction]

Amendment to Clinical Education Affiliation Agreement between Metro Technology Centers and Community Health, LLC, to include Covid-19 vaccinations as a requirement for surgical tech students to attend clinicals, and to update the time frame and requirements for termination of the agreement. 9.E. Ratification of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education (ODCTE) and Metro Technology Centers (Sub Recipient). The purpose of the MOU is to provide Technical Assistance to small business owners seeking government contracts.  The term of the MOU is August 1, 2021 through July 31, 2022.
