Consider and take action to approve a one-time retention stipend in the amount of $2,000 for all full-time and part-time certified employees who were employed by Cushing Public Schools during the 2025-2026 school year and who have indicated their intent to return for employment with the District for the 2026-2027 school year and remain actively employed with the District as of June 19, 2026. Temporary employees, including but not limited to summer help and substitute personnel, shall not be eligible for the stipend. The Superintendent or designee is authorized to take any actions necessary to implement the stipend payment in accordance with applicable laws and District policy.
