1.1. Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance

1.2.1. Before board action, Travis Birhanzl, Jarrod Miller, and Sarah Norman will be sworn in as ISD 129 School Board members by officially accepting the office and administering the oath of office.

Discussion: Nominations for chairperson will be accepted at this time.

1.4.1.2. Vice-Chair

Discussion: Nominations for Vice Chair will be accepted at this time.

1.4.1.3. Clerk

Discussion: Nominations for Clerk will be accepted at this time.

1.4.1.4. Treasurer

Discussion: Nominations for Treasurer will be accepted at this time.

1.4.2. Appointment of Board Committees

Discussion: Chair Stenson will lead a discussion about filling committee assignments. The following are the recommended assignments.

Discussion: Annual designations such as official newspaper, meeting dates and times, financial institutions, board salaries, etc..., are done at the end-of-year meeting on the last Monday in June. Also, as a reminder, there is no regularly scheduled meeting in July.

1.5. Special Presentation

Discussion:

Amy Bjornjeld will be on hand to provide the board with the annual audit presentation.
A representative from 4.0 will be on hand to provide an update on busing.
Kelly Snell will update the board on the Community Education Department.
