That the Board of Education hereby appoint Odelson, Murphy, Frazier & McGrath, Ltd. as legal counsel to the Board of Education, and further directs that Petrarca, Gleason, Boyle & Izzo, LLC be removed as legal counsel to the Board of Education. |
