Executive session pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes Section 1-200(6)(E) to discuss (1) an attorney-client privileged memorandum regarding an employee settlement agreement, the discussion of which would result in the disclosure of public records and the information contained therein described in Connecticut General Statutes Section 1-210(b)(10); and (2) an attorney-client privileged memorandum regarding employee compensation and evaluations, the discussion of which would result in the disclosure of public records and the information contained therein described in Connecticut General Statutes Section 1-210(b)(10).
