Move that the Board of Education temporarily suspend Board of Education Policy 4111 and authorize the Superintendent of Schools to extend an offer of employment for the impending vacancy of the Director of Pupil Personnel Services at a salary of $158,050 as approved by the BOE on October 24, 2019 for the position of Director of Pupil Personnel Services, including benefits and health benefits commensurate with the Southington Administrators Association. Carried with a motion by Mrs. Colleen Clark and a second by Mr. Robert Brown.
