Move to approve the regular Board of Education minutes of June 23, 2016, as submitted. Carried with a motion by Mrs. Terri Carmody and a second by Mrs. Colleen Clark.

Move to approve the Special Meeting Minutes of July 21, 2016, as submitted. Carried with a motion by Mrs. Colleen Clark and a second by Mrs. Juanita Champagne.

Move to approve the Personnel Report, as presented. Carried with a motion by Mrs. Colleen Clark and a second by Mrs. Patricia Queen.

Move to approve the Transfer of Funds, as submitted. Carried with a motion by Mrs. Colleen Clark and a second by Mrs. Terri Carmody.

Move that the Board of Education becomes the fiscal agent for funds for the Family Resource Center. Carried with a motion by Mrs. Colleen Clark and a second by Mrs. Terry Lombardi.

Move to offer benefits to the eligible permanent and long-term substitutes from the 2015-2016 fiscal year to meet the Affordable Care Act access requirement. Carried with a motion by Mrs. Terry Lombardi and a second by Mrs. Colleen Clark.

Move that the Board of Education accepts the Plantsville Elementary School Project #131-0125 RNV/EA as complete and direct the administration to close-out the project with the Town’s Finance Department and the Department of Administrative Services. Carried with a motion by Mrs. Colleen Clark and a second by Mrs. Terri Carmody.

Motion to accept the revised copy of the Teacher Evaluation and Support Plan as presented by the administration for implementation during the 2016-2017 school year. Carried with a motion by Mrs. Terry Lombardi and a second by Mr. Robert Brown.

Move that the Board of Education approve the new job descriptions for Lead Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) and Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) as recommended by the Policy and Personnel Committee. Carried with a motion by Mrs. Patricia Queen and a second by Mrs. Colleen Clark.
