Rationale:  There will be a PowerPoint report on building goals.  Building administrators will be available to answer any questions board members may have.

Rationale:  Administrators will review their Long-Range Plan requests with the board and answer any questions board members may have.

Rationale:  Ms. Nicole Dzicek, SES Grade 3 teacher (.5 FTE) is requesting a child-rearing leave for the remainder of the 2012-2013 school year following the birth of her child in March, 2013.

Rationale:  MBA Science teacher, Ms. Porter, and Social Studies teacher, Mr. Szafir have requested board approval of a grade 8 field trip to Washington, D.C. in February, 2013.  They will be available to answer any questions board members may have.

Rationale:  A number of donations totalling $5,300 have been made to the SHS athletic program.  These donations are intended to support improvements to the baseball field.

The Abello Charitable Trust has made a $1,500 donation in support of the 2012-2013 3-POP Program.  This program supports character education and community service initiatives promoted by the Mabelle Avery Middle School.

Rationale:  This policy was first warned at the 10/9/12 board meeting and is now ready for formal adoption.

Rationale:  Mr. Case and Mr. Frigo will provide an update to the board regarding the noncertified pension plan for the school department.  Board members will have an opportunity to ask questions about the plan.

Rationale:  Mr. Cotzin's 2012 Senior Exit Report is included in the packet.  He will be available to answer any questions board members may have.
