PUBLIC PARTICIPATION  

* Prior to the commencement of any public meeting of any board of the city, the agenda for said meeting shall be posted in the meeting room and the first order of business of said meeting shall be the entertainment of public discussion on any item on said agenda and the conduct, length, and method of terminating said public discussion shall be determined by majority vote of the members of said board of commission.

• She’s always smiling .  All heck could break loose and she is still smiling
• Even after hours she responds to you on dojo and follows up the next morning to inform you of what happened.

• She included us in every step of the procedure.
• Door is always open
• Caring with the kids.  Lot of kids come with problems and she listens and solves the problems.
• She a great support.  She is the first one I call.
• She knows every kid by name.
• She listens.  She works as a team. She wonderful.  
• She figures out what to say and gets them ready to go back to class.  When she has to be strict it is in a caring way.
• So Family oriented it’s insane.
• She knows the issues they deal with and let’s us know they might need extra help today and will come back and check on him and no matter what kids it is.
• In just a few minutes she can figure out how to deal with a difficult student to get them where they need to be.
• It’s incredible she knows these children and she knows their individual need and she is so supportive to us and we want to support her.  She’s just an incredible person.

• Amazing how quickly she learns the kids.  Went to store and bought bags of groceries and brought them to the house.

• She is very good at what she does with the kids.  Always keeps her composure.  If she says she going to do it she does.  She balances us very well.  She is masterful at balancing all of us - Teacher parent and child

• At our staff meetings she doesn’t waste out time.
• Very knowledgeable.  Her walk through are not for I gotch ya.  You always feel it is worthwhile.
• She is always very fair with discipline.  Gives a lot of good feedback and guidance.  Very accessible.
• The way she work with parents who are at first upset and the end they are hugging and apologizing.
