1. Overview of the Purpose of the Committee

Rationale:

As outlined in the March 18th email, the main work of this AD Hoc Committee would be to:

Examine the previous feasibility study and determine if the recommendations from 2013 still are viable and address current needs.
Determine any parts of the study which need to be updated, both for planning purposes and are required for application of school construction grants.
Determine a time-line for action.

For your convenience, I have attached a previous memo provided to the BOE which provides a rough outline of the steps we need to take to get the projects back on track.

Rationale: Mr. Barrett, from DRA (architectural firm who conducted the previous feasibility study) will be summarizing work that has been done to date.
